She came to our house!
For the past few months,
I have noticed a beautiful
red tailed hawk in our neighborhood.
At times it seems he plays
hide and seek with me.
A few days ago, I saw two,
and assume they are mates.
I like to think the lady bird
came to call tonight.

This photo was taken
from our front porch;
she is perched prettily
in our tree about
twenty feet from me.
